This position supports a 37-bed unit specializing in cardiac and telemetry care, utilizing advanced equipment such as PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tube management. The EMR system in use is Meditech, helping streamline your workflow. Work closely with a dedicated night shift staff comprised of 8 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs, caring for patients with an estimated ratio of 1:6—lowered to 1:4 for those recovering from Heart Catheterization procedures, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
