This contract Registered Nurse opportunity is integral to ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract role; specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Experience with ventilator management preferred.
  • COVID-19 vaccination and booster status preferred.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and communicate any clinical changes, including significant telemetry findings, directly to the physician.
  • Actively participate in the interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring informed decision-making for patient care.
  • Develop, implement, and revise care plans based on ongoing patient assessment and needs.
  • Educate patients and families regarding illnesses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  • Oversee activities of other nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care in the telemetry unit.
  • Respond rapidly and effectively to changes in patient condition, taking appropriate action as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
