Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Night shifts available

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Emergency Room setting
  • Proficiency with high-acuity patient assessments, IV starts, trauma care, and rapid patient stabilization
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to thrive during high-stress, constantly changing situations
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, triage, and monitor patients in the ER, initiating appropriate interventions based on patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, patient-centered care
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and patient care plans
  • Accurately document all nursing assessments, care rendered, and changes in patient status
  • Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients and their families during difficult medical situations
  • Strictly adhere to safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times

    $1,935 - $2,040/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
