Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts based on operational needs

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications like PALS or TNCC highly desirable)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and manage care for patients arriving in the ER with diverse medical emergencies
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and progress, documenting observations accurately in the medical record
  • Educate patients and their families on condition management and aftercare
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
  • Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital protocols
