Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania

  • Ability to provide dedicated, 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators, families, and support staff
  • Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations, as required by state and district policies
  • Compassion, adaptability, and professionalism in managing student health needs
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive 1:1 nursing care, administering medications, managing chronic health conditions, and responding to emergencies as needed
  • Document health services provided and communicate vital updates to the appropriate school personnel and guardians
  • Assist students with daily health routines and activities to promote safety and independence
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, families, and the educational team to support student well-being
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and FERPA regulations
