Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Details
Job Location: Monterey, CA
Start Date: December 2026
Assignment Duration: Through the end of the school year, with a strong possibility of renewal for the next school year
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time
30–40 hours per week
5 days per week
Caseload: 1:1 kindergarten student, with additional general nursing responsibilities
Student Needs: Seizure disorder

Position Responsibilities
Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care to a kindergarten student with a seizure disorder.
Monitor the student's health and provide appropriate nursing support throughout the school day.
Support student safety and respond to medical needs as they arise.
Assist with general nursing duties in the school health office when the student is absent.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure the student receives appropriate care and support.
Requirements
Must hold an active California LVN license.
Previous experience with seizure disorders and seizure management is preferred.
School-based nursing experience is a plus.
RNs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply!
