ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2026–2027 school year in Renton, WA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide on-site nursing support to a kindergarten student while helping maintain their health, safety, and well-being throughout the school day.
This assignment includes transportation support and provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with the student's family, medical providers, and educational team to ensure consistent and appropriate care.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time
37.5 Hours per Week
8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
ASAP – June 18, 2027
Qualifications:
Valid Washington RN or LPN license required
Experience with tracheostomy care and respiratory support preferred
Experience with airway management and tracheostomy suctioning preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to monitor and respond to changes in the student's condition
Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing support and care for a kindergarten student throughout the school day
Maintain a patent airway and perform tracheostomy suctioning
Monitor oxygen saturations and provide oxygen administration as needed
Perform respiratory treatments, if applicable
Monitor and report significant changes in the student's condition to family and/or physician
Support the student's health and safety during the school day
Provide transportation support as part of the assignment
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate with the educational team as appropriate

Caseload: Kindergarten support
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
