Embark on a meaningful contract assignment providing critical care and support to students in a dynamic school environment near San Diego, CA. Two Licensed Vocational Nurse opportunities are available, each offering a varied and engaging schedule.
Position one serves as a flexible “rover” across multiple school sites, filling in for daily staffing needs and known absences. You’ll address a range of student needs, from insulin administration and G-tube feeds to, ideally, trach care. Between assignments, a designated home base school will keep your day structured and purposeful.
Position two is based at a primary site in the morning, supporting a student with a seizure disorder and G-tube feeds until 11:40am. After assisting with lunchtime insulin administration at a second location, the remainder of the shift involves contributing to general nursing support at the school.
