You’ll be instrumental in supporting student well-being, collaborating with educators and staff, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on campus. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid RN or LPN/LVN license, with appropriate certifications to practice in Washington State
  • Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or community health preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Capable of quick response and confident clinical decision-making in various circumstances
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, accurate records, and adhere to all relevant protocols

    • Responsibilities:

  • Administer care to students for injuries, illnesses, and health conditions during school hours
  • Dispense prescribed medications and conduct routine health screenings
  • Develop and implement care plans, in coordination with teachers and counselors
  • Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics, responding to public health concerns
  • Manage documentation and follow policies for reporting and compliance
  • Serve as an approachable advocate for student health and well-being
