ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for full-time, school-based positions in Waynesville, NC for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time openings
School hours: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Multiple positions available:
Middle School Intensive Intervention Teacher (Self-Contained Classroom)
3 Elementary Resource Teachers
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction based on student IEP goals
Support students through intensive intervention and resource services
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Special Education teaching license/certification
Previous school-based special education experience preferred
