Key Qualifications:

  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Adaptability and critical thinking in fast-paced conditions

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients transitioning from critical to stable conditions
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, detect changes in condition, and respond promptly to patient needs
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Administer and manage IV therapies, medications, and advanced monitoring systems
  • Document care procedures, patient responses, and clinical interventions in accordance with facility protocols
  • Offer education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the recovery process
