Primary Qualifications:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations, coordinating patient care activities and nursing assignments
  • Support and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and performance feedback
  • Monitor patient care to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality services in line with facility procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Resolve patient or staff concerns quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary
  • Ensure consistent documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and protocol updates

    $2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
