This travel role positions you to collaborate alongside distinguished CVOR professionals, gaining hands-on experience during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures and cementing your status as a highly adaptable RN. Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment with flexible shifts designed to support work-life balance.

    • Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license, with eligibility to practice in Georgia.
  • Current CVOR Nursing experience (recent clinical experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room required).
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (must be valid through assignment).
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and a fast-paced surgical environment.

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized nursing care during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists in a multidisciplinary operating room.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards and surgical protocols.
  • Document care and communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
  • Support patients and families, providing information and reassurance as needed.
