Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of CVOR nursing experience in acute care or hospital settings
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures, scrubbing, circulating, and patient care
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to new teams and protocols
