    • Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • CVOR nursing experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical judgement and technical proficiency in cardiovascular procedures
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to new teams and fast-paced, high-acuity environments

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert patient care throughout the CVOR surgical process, ensuring optimal patient safety and preparedness
  • Collaborate with surgical teams—scrubbing in or circulating as needed—to support cardiovascular surgeries
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and follow stringent procedural protocols
  • Educate and support patients and families before and after procedures
