Schedule:

  • 7PM – 7AM
  • Full Time
  • Every other weekend required
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold an active RN license (state of employment or compact).
  • BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred—open to new graduates with robust orientation support.
  • Ability to independently manage and delegate within an ICU setting, meeting critical care standards.
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care utilizing the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Manage care for complex cardiac and surgical cases, intervening according to established protocols.
  • Educate patients and families, addressing their psychological, emotional, and cultural needs.
  • Accurately document patient interactions, symptoms, care, and medication administration.
  • Participate in competency validations and ongoing clinical development activities.
