In this sterile processing role, you’ll support multiple clinical environments, including inpatient, outpatient, operating rooms, emergency services, and specialty procedure spaces.   • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CBSPD or CRCST)
  • Demonstrated experience in hospital-based sterile processing or central supply
  • Knowledge of steam, ETOH, Sterrad, and high-level disinfectant sterilization
  • Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and case cart systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, inspect, assemble, and package surgical instruments/devices
  • Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, maintaining strict adherence to protocol
  • Document sterilization cycles and processes to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Anticipate surgical team needs by preparing procedure-specific case carts
  • Manage inventory, receive/unpack supplies, and maintain par levels using rotation and sterile management principles
  • Collaborate proactively with surgical teams for case preparation based on physicians’ preference cards
