  • Travel position with variable shifts according to facility needs

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist, with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room procedures
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of one year of recent CVOR Tech experience in an acute care setting
  • Ability to anticipate surgical team needs and maintain a sterile environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

    • Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the surgical suite for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterilized and organized
  • Assist surgeons and nursing staff throughout cardiothoracic operations
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic technique within the operative environment
  • Manage inventory and report any equipment concerns or needs
  • Document procedures and support the surgical team before, during, and after each case
