  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and ensure all instruments and surgical supplies are sterile and ready
  • Assist surgical teams during procedures, anticipating the needs of the surgeon and other staff
  • Maintain strict adherence to hospital safety and infection control protocols
  • Support patient care before and after procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document procedures and maintain detailed records as part of the surgical process
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • Previous experience in an operating room or perioperative environment preferred
