Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Nursing license (state or compact)
  • Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT) credential strongly preferred
  • Pediatric OR experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and medical staff with pediatric surgical procedures
  • Prep, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and OR equipment
  • Adhere to the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
  • Document procedures, inventory, and patient data accurately
  • Support the healthcare team in post-operative care and process improvement initiatives
