Schedule/Hours:

  • 7a-7p, 12-hour day shifts
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • 1 weekend per 4 weeks, 1 overnight trauma call per schedule or specialty team rotation
  • Showcase your skills as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) while expanding your expertise in advanced operating room practices. Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems. Broaden your knowledge in subspecialties ranging from ortho joints and neurosurgery to endovascular and pediatric surgery, strengthening your resume and adaptability to future challenges.

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CST in a Level 1 trauma setting
  • Current CST certification
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
  • Flexibility, accountability, dependability, and a strong team orientation
  • Comfort with a variety of surgical specialties preferred
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled support during surgical procedures
  • Maintain patient safety and 1:1 care ratios in the operating room
  • Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, nurses, and ancillary staff
  • Adhere to trauma call schedules and specialty team protocols
  • Uphold professional standards and dress code (teal hospital-issued scrubs)
