Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (0700-1730)
  • Schedule cycle: 6 weeks
  • Weekend/call rotation: 1 weekday on-call, 1 weekend every 4th–5th weekend (30-minute response time)
  • Holiday rotation: ~70% of holidays
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN License
  • Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab experience
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS preferred
  • Skilled in scrub and circulate Cath/EP procedures, moderate sedation, titrating and managing critical drips, and floating to Prep/Recovery areas
  • Willingness to float to Prep/Recovery as needed
  • EPIC EMR proficiency strongly preferred
  • First-time travelers welcome
  • Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and administer moderate sedation for cardiac procedures (e.g., chest pain, LHC, RHC, PTCA, stents, ablations, loop recorders, pacemaker/defib placements)
  • Prep and recover Cath/EP patients; respond rapidly to emergencies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in call and weekend/holiday rotations per department requirements
  • Float to and assist in various areas of the department, demonstrating autonomy and teamwork
