This Cath Lab RN position promises professional growth through hands-on involvement with cutting-edge cardiovascular procedures in a reputable teaching hospital serving as a Level 2 Trauma Center, Chest Pain Center, and Stroke Center. Here, you’ll encounter diverse clinical scenarios ranging from chest pain management to advanced electrophysiology, gaining firsthand experience with new technologies and a variety of patient needs. The collaborative, high-autonomy team atmosphere will expose you to progressive leadership styles while you add sought-after skills to your resume.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (0700-1730)
  • 6-week schedule cycles
  • Weekend rotations and call (1 day/week + 1 weekend every 4th-5th weekend)
  • 30-minute response time
  • 70% holiday coverage expected
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license; BLS, ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience
  • Willingness to float to Prep/Recovery area
  • Skills in circulating, administering moderate sedation, titrating critical drips, prepping/recovering patients; scrub experience preferred
  • Experience with EMR (EPIC) and devices such as Balloon Pumps, Impella, ACT
  • Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and circulate for Cath and EP procedures
  • Administer sedation and manage critical drug infusions
  • Prep and recover patients as needed; capable of floating to other related areas

    $2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
