Working in a state-of-the-art emergency department with 61+ beds, you’ll manage a wide range of patient cases, from trauma and chest pain to complex medical and mental health emergencies. Engage in a dynamic, team-oriented environment supported by dedicated CNAs, a unit secretary, in-house hospitalists, intensivists, 24/7 respiratory therapy, and a central telemetry team. Here, you’ll strengthen your real-time decision-making alongside seasoned healthcare leaders, enhancing your ability to work under pressure while learning from top-tier clinical practices.

Schedule/Hours

  • 12-hour shifts: 7A-7P or 7P-7A
  • Weekend rotation: 5-6 shifts out of 12 (per 6-week cycle)
  • No on-call requirements
  • Holiday participation: one shift for each major holiday period
  • Desired Experience & Certifications

  • 2+ years of Emergency Department RN experience
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
  • National Emergency Nursing certification preferred (not required)
  • Proven ability to pass EKG competency
  • Competence with trauma and critical drips (Heparin, Insulin, Cardene, Dopamine, etc.)
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR and advanced monitoring technology
  • Responsibilities

  • Mentor and support less experienced staff, including travelers
