You'll work alongside skilled interdisciplinary teams, gaining fresh perspectives and exposure to a variety of leadership approaches. Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shift: 7pm–7am
  • (2) 24-hour on-call shifts per 8-week period
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding emergency care by practicing the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation
  • Partner with patients and families to provide culturally sensitive, individualized care
  • Adhere to evidence-based practices and organizational standards to ensure safety and quality
  • Collaborate with physicians, team members, and care coordinators for optimal patient outcomes
  • Serve as a mentor and preceptor to nursing colleagues and students
  • Participate in performance improvement and research activities to advance nursing practice
  • Support shared governance and contribute to professional growth initiatives
  • Qualifications:

  • ASN or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Active RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC/ATCN (or provisional, within specified timeframes)
  • Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure, strong critical thinking, and excellent time management skills
  • Experience in direct patient care preferred but not required
