As a travel nurse in the Emergency Room, you’ll engage with a dynamic patient population and broaden your clinical skillset. Schedule:

  • Travel assignment (schedule details to be arranged with facility)
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (California)
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred
  • BLS/ACLS certification (and PALS preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, leadership, and delegation skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and coordinate care with nursing and allied health staff
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using established standards and protocols
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for ER patients
  • Supervise and direct various levels of assigned nursing staff
  • Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
  • Float to other departments as needed, documenting time in the correct unit
