Schedule/Hours:

  • Three 12-hour day shifts per week
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license (state/district of assignment)
  • Minimum 3 years of recent ER nursing experience
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
  • Willingness to work in trauma room as bedside trauma RN
  • Comfortable managing up to a 1:5 ratio
  • Proficiency with Cerner EHR systems
  • BSN (highly desired)
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from assignment location
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assess, coordinate, and deliver care to a wide range of emergency patients—including trauma, pediatric, psychiatric, and critical care cases
  • Perform advanced interventions such as chest tubes, mass transfusions, arterial lines, and medication titrations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care
  • Maintain thorough documentation and promote positive patient experiences in a high-acuity setting
