Schedule/Hours:

  • Must be able to take call as required by the department
  • Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license within the state
  • Current BLS (AHA) upon hire with maintenance throughout employment
  • ACLS (AHA) obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained
  • PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintained
  • Minimum of one year previous perioperative experience or strong on-the-job training
  • Certified Nurse OR (CNOR/AORN) preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • EPIC EMR experience highly valued
  • Pre/Post Op background preferred
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in the operating room for all age groups
  • Coordinate care among the surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams
  • Guide and supervise OR technicians and other unit staff
  • Uphold hospital policies, regulatory standards, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Participate in unit meetings and serve as a resource for staff
  • Maintain efficient patient flow and unit organization

    $2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
