Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • 12-hour AM shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of 3 years recent inpatient surgery experience
  • Proven Level 1 trauma experience (essential)
  • Proficient in at least 5 surgical services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable, positive attitude with the flexibility to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, compassionate care throughout the perioperative continuum
  • Assist surgical teams in a variety of high-acuity cases, demonstrating advanced clinical judgment
  • Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergent situations in a trauma setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
