Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift, mid-shift start at 10:45am, weekdays
  • On call: 3 shifts in a 4-week schedule
  • Qualifications:

  • Current RN license (single state or multi-state Compact)
  • BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA accepted)
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an OR circulator in a multi-service operating room required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Effective time management and collaborative communication abilities
  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform the complete nursing process, individualized to each patient using evidence-based practices
  • Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care
  • Coordinate care with a focus on inclusivity and professionalism
  • Document and report efficiently to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Mentor and precept newer team members
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development and shared governance activities
