Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Variable schedule (must be available for both day and night shifts)

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license with current certification to practice in the state
  • Minimum one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (current and active)
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Adaptability to variable schedules (days/nights required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary surgical teams

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub in surgical cases across multiple specialties
  • Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
  • Monitor patients’ status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
  • Document procedures, medications, and interventions accurately
  • Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied health staff
  • Advocate for optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices
