This pediatric intensive care opportunity allows you to collaborate in a 15-bed unit, gaining exposure to a wide spectrum of complex pediatric cases. Advance your nursing practice by working alongside seasoned intensivists and multidisciplinary specialists, familiarizing yourself with the latest equipment and Meditech EMR. Here, you’ll expand your resume while learning innovative approaches in a pediatric teaching hospital—an invaluable asset for professional growth.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Essential Qualifications:

  • Active RN license, with at least 1 year of acute care hospital PICU experience
  • Current BLS & PALS certifications
  • Able to manage general CR Monitoring and handle a 2:1 patient ratio
  • Adaptability and composure in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Experience:

  • CRRT proficiency
  • APHON certification
  • Experience in pediatric teaching hospitals
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients
  • Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
  • Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff
  • Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and care coordination
  • Uphold a supportive, patient-centered atmosphere—essential in high-acuity settings

    $1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
