Assignment Details:

  • Short-term 2–3 month contracts, with the potential to extend
  • Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week, onsite only
  • Serve one school per assignment, working 1:1 with students ranging from kindergarten through high school, each with complex medical needs
  • Locations include Town & Country, Hazelwood, Affton, and St. Louis, MO
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Active MO RN or LPN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with medication administration, seizure/Epilepsy management, G-tube care, supporting non-ambulatory students, bus ride assistance, and basic emergency response
  • Ability to complete and provide time-sensitive credentialing (drug screen, fingerprinting)
  • Comfortable with district-specific training modules and compliance documents
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 clinical and personal care for medically fragile students
  • Administer medications and manage feeding tubes
  • Monitor, document, and respond to seizures and chronic conditions
  • Support students in mobility (wheelchair use, transfers) and personal hygiene
  • Participate in bus transport as required, ensuring student safety from home to school and back
