Schedule/Hours:

    • Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to ensure early detection of cardiac complications.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for patients on the Telemetry unit.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on ongoing cardiac monitoring and discharge plans.
  • Document patient care using electronic health records with precision and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient status, administering medications or interventions as needed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Telemetry setting preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to new systems and care protocols.
