Key Requirements:

  • Current RN license valid in Massachusetts
  • Experience with school nursing preferred
  • Background in 1:1 pediatric care highly preferred
  • Proficient in catheter care and mobility/transportation support
  • Strong communication and advocacy abilities
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a high school female student throughout the school day (7:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Fri)
  • Manage and assist with catheter and mobility needs, including safe transportation
  • Maintain accurate health records and contribute to the student’s care plans
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and school teams for the student’s wellbeing
