Qualifications:

  • Current Certified School Nurse (CSN) license, valid in Illinois
  • Registered Nurse (RN) credentials
  • Previous school nursing or pediatric experience preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP and 504 planning processes is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the school health office
  • Complete comprehensive student medical reviews
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings
  • Provide direct care and health education to students and staff
