Seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in Cardio-Vascular Operating Room nursing to provide exceptional perioperative support. Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license and current state licensure
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in CVOR nursing
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Solid understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Role Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub for cardiovascular operating room procedures
  • Monitor surgical patients’ status, anticipate needs, and provide timely interventions
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control policies
  • Communicate patient needs and concerns to the interdisciplinary surgical team
  • Support preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery in collaboration with anesthesia and surgical staff
  • Document nursing interventions, assessments, and outcomes accurately
  • Contribute to patient and family education, offering compassion and professionalism
