This contract opportunity requires experience in intensive care, cardiac stepdown, and progressive care unit settings. Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract-based assignment with flexible shifts, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Proven experience in ICU, Cardiac Stepdown, or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practices
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to individuals with complex, acute conditions
  • Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status
  • Administer medications, assist with procedures, and document interventions accurately
