Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Strong clinical competence in medical-surgical environments
  • Previous experience on a Med Surg unit preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
  • BLS certification required (additional certifications a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
