Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift: 7AM – 7PM
  • Full-time hours; weekend shifts may be required based on scheduling needs
  • No on-call requirement

    • Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • EPIC charting experience is a plus
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • At least 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience in a similar setting preferred

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based care using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients and families, demonstrating awareness of psychological, emotional, and cultural needs
  • Skillfully administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness and patient response
  • Accurately document all aspects of care and patient interactions
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying needs and connecting them to resources
  • Delegate appropriately to support staff and coordinate with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes
