As a skilled Surgical Technologist (ORT), you will assist surgeons, nurses, and other professionals in delivering safe, effective patient care throughout perioperative procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, sterile tables, and supplies.

Ensure sterile technique and adherence to infection prevention protocols at all times.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures, passing instruments and assisting as required.

Maintain accountability for surgical instruments, sponges, and sharps throughout cases.

Support room turnover and help prepare for subsequent surgeries.

Demonstrate strong communication skills while working with nurses, physicians, and ancillary departments.

Schedule/Hours:

Contract position with schedule details to be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Must possess a current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).

Proven experience in the operating room environment highly preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of surgical asepsis and sterile technique.

Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused during critical situations.

Excellent collaborative skills and attention to patient safety.
