This per diem opportunity offers the flexibility to design your own schedule, conducting visits in Nez Perce County, including Lewiston, Lapwai, and Peck.

Schedule:

  • Choose your own shifts between Monday and Sunday
  • Flexible scheduling tailored around your availability
  • Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive home health risk assessments, averaging 45 minutes per visit
  • Review and evaluate patients’ medical history, conditions, and medication usage
  • Educate patients on managing medical conditions and proper medication usage
  • Identify and document any gaps in care, making recommendations for follow-up
  • Focus exclusively on assessments—no need for prescribing medications or creating treatment plans
  • Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
  • MSN from an accredited nursing school
  • Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum of 6 months’ NP experience preferred
  • This role supports patients recently discharged from hospitals or in need of annual health reviews, directly influencing their health outcomes while allowing you professional independence. In return, you’ll receive competitive compensation of $80-$90 per evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
