Step into a dynamic Prep/Recovery unit serving patients after Cath, Vascular, and EP procedures. This contract role is ideal for experienced RN professionals ready to deliver exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • No on-call, call-back, or weekend rotation required
  • Department is closed on major holidays
  • Qualifications:

  • Valid RN licensure is required
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care, PACU, or CCU settings
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
  • Experience in Cath Lab or procedural areas strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to float to EP and other procedural areas if needed (details to be discussed in interview)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive nursing care to patients in the Prep/Recovery unit following Cath, Vascular, and EP procedures
  • Monitor patient status, assess recovery progress, and perform rapid interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure high standards of patient safety and comfort
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health records
  • Maintain preparedness for floating to related procedural care units as directed
  • Support patient education and discharge instructions to optimize recovery

    $2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
