Schedule Details:

  • Contract position
  • 1 weekend of call per month
  • Weekday call required 4-5 days during each pay period (includes weekend shifts in the total)
  • Call shifts are from end of day until 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday as scheduled
  • Weekend call covers Friday end-of-shift to Monday at 7:30 AM
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid and unrestricted RN license
  • Proven experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work rotational call and weekend schedules as required
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, monitoring and documenting patient responses
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile field in the cath lab, following strict protocols
  • Administer medications and treatments, responding quickly to emergencies
  • Educate patients and their families about procedures and aftercare
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and confidentiality
