Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical instrumentation, and sterile field maintenance
  • BLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes situations

    • Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety before, during, and after surgery
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians to coordinate care
  • Monitor patient status, anticipate surgical team needs, and respond promptly to changes in condition
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Accurately document interventions and patient information in electronic health records
