Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Previous experience as an Operating Room RN required
  • Strong understanding of surgical asepsis and infection control
  • Proficient in perioperative nursing best practices
  • Ability to remain composed during high-pressure processes and emergencies
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative staff
  • Prepare the operating room, including surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
  • Monitor patient status, document observations, and respond promptly to any signs of complications
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, sterile field, and infection prevention measures
  • Advocate for patient wellbeing throughout the surgical experience
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the OR setting

    $1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
