Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time schedule
  • Shifts and hours to be discussed during interview

    • Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RN license
  • Prior experience working in a CVICU or critical care environment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to individuals recovering from cardiovascular surgery or severe cardiac conditions
  • Closely monitor vital signs, cardiac activity, and respond to emergent changes
  • Administer prescribed medications and manage IV drips, including titration of critical drugs
  • Assist with advanced cardiac procedures, including post-operative care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care plans
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Provide support, education, and updates to patients and their families
