School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) 1:1 Student Support | Clymer, NY

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district near Clymer, NY to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 student support position. This role provides dedicated nursing care for a medically complex student throughout the school year.

Position Details:
Location: School located in Ashville, NY
Role: School-Based RN – 1:1 Assignment
Schedule: Full-Time | ESY + 2026–2027 School Year
Contract Dates: July 27, 2026 – June 25, 2027
Bus Riding: Required

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing support for a student with a tracheostomy
Provide trach care and monitor student medical needs throughout the school day
Ride the bus with the student to and from school
Follow student health plans and respond to medical needs as necessary

Requirements:

Active RN license required
Trach experience required
Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
Comfortable providing care for medically complex students
