Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid and active RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year stepdown or intermediate care nursing experience required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficient with cardiac monitoring, titration of vasoactive drips, and rapid response interventions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic settings

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring between intensive and general care
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry, and recognize abnormal laboratory or assessment findings
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, physicians, and support staff
  • Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
