An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with emergency room expertise and supervisory skills to support patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience in an emergency room setting
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are advantageous
  • Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism

    • Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time contract position; shift details to be discussed during the interview process

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ER, utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on clinical urgency
  • Supervise and support nursing staff throughout their shifts, offering coaching and guidance to ensure best practices
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary staff to coordinate effective patient care
  • Serve as a resource for challenging clinical scenarios, assisting with problem-solving and complex patient cases
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
